Craig Callingham trained as a chartered architect in Oxford and has been leading a successful practice for nearly 20 years. His depth of experience in finding creative solutions to solve his complex property challenges has consistently added significant value by securing valuable planning permissions. The current economic climate and the level of property redundancy has inspired Craig to offer his consultancy knowledge and wealth of experience to specific sectors where he has a passion to make a difference. Craig’s aim is to remove planning risk to the owner.
When relaxing away from the day-to-day business, Craig is a keen horseman and has been an active member in historical reenactment events as a cavalryman for over 25 years. His family have smallholdings in Worcestershire & Warwickshire where they keep their own horses and exercise their dogs and children!

As Commercial Director, Brian brings 30+ years experience in business and community based enterprises, a long-time supporter of the rural and regeneration agenda he is passionate about enabling property owners to re-purpose redundant buildings. With first-hand experience of redevelopment Brian adds a solid foundation to the businesses ability to deliver to its customers. Outside of work Brian's Cotswold based family life is centred around his young family, community and German Pointer.
